Some people don't do well counting calories and some do....it's all about what works for you. Maybe you could plan your whole day of meals out in the morning. Write it down the night before, wake up, make your breakfast, lunch and snacks, and have your ingredients for dinner ready for when it's time to make it later. Having the whole freedom of choice thing taken care of really makes things easy!!! I eat fresh pineapple, walnut...YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!<br /><br />I eat fresh pineapple, walnuts and a piece of dark chocolate as a snack at night.<br /><br />A friend told me to make sure I eat SOMETHING as soon as I get up in the morning to start my metabolism. I eat a handful of blueberries. <br /><br />Good for you in the training...I noticed when I run so much that I tend to put on weight also. Well, phooey. An injury set me back so it's kind of like I'm starting at midpoint...again.<br /><br />Keep up the TRAINING!
